Package: gnupg2
Version: 2.0.8-1
Severity: normal

The gpg2 man page says: "gpg2 always requires the agent." In fact,
without gnupg-agent I could not encrypt a file. I therefore suggest
you add gnupg-agent to the dependencies, or at least to the list of
recommended packages.
