Same behaviour here, tried with both mutt 1.5.17-2 and mutt-patched
(same version).

Actually I'm experiencing even worst breakages than those reported by
Raphael: at times I also see parts of the headers as part of the message
body (i.e. after a regular empty line) in the mail pager. But still is
only a cache breakage, given that looking at the actual mail everything
is fine.

It seems to me that the problem only appears with mails flagged new in
the maildir.

I've tried to send some test date to enable reproducing the problem, but
apparently doing a .tar.gz of a maildir and then expanding it "fixes"
the problem for the given mailbox.

If you have better idea on how we can feed test data let us know, since
the bug is quite annoying :)

Cheers.
