The comment for the winbind enums (introduced because of Debian bug
#368251) is inconsistent with the rest of the file. Additionally, the
bug number is bare. It's not clear if this number is some sort of
upstream bug number, a Debian bug, or something else (for example, a bug
in a Debian-derived distro's bug tracker). I've changed both of these
things in the attached patch.
