After getting my hardware fixed again, and having found out recently that this assumption was incorrect, I did a d-i testrun. The good news is that it mostly works; only vmelilo-installer doesn't seem to work for a non-obvious reason. After rebooting with tftplilo again (which was used for booting the installer) with a root= parameter set, the installation went along nicely. I'm reviewing the installer logs right now, in an attempt to fix the issue. -- The amount of time between slipping on the peel and landing on the pavement is precisely one bananosecond -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
