This means that programs should use British English (if possible, or
fallback to American / ... English) in their communications with
me. But djview4 uses French. If I set LANG to en_GB.UTF-8, it uses
English. But when both LANG and LC_MESSAGES are set, and LC_ALL is not
set, it should follow LC_MESSAGES, not LANG.
