Package: dpatch Version: 2.0.28 Followup-For: Bug #400888
I'm adding to this request, since the fix is very simple: add DPATCH_PREDEPS ?= then modify: ${DPATCH_STAMPFN}: ${DPATCH_PREDEPS} Then the user defines what targets are to be considered pre-dependencies to dpatch. With the default dpatch.make it is impossible to use parallel compilation when an upstream tarball must be unpacked before patching. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-4-k7 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash dpatch depends on no packages.
