Package: kernel-package Version: 8.134 Followup-For: Bug #307587 Same problem here, but it affects 'make-kpkg clean' as well. The tree I'm in had previously build 2.6.12-rc2 successfully, and was patched to 2.6.12-rc3-mm3. I also tried pristine 2.6.12-rc3, which failed with the same error:
