Package: pidgin Version: 2.3.1-2 Followup-For: Bug #461775 If I hover over the buddy icon's row with the mouse towards the left of the screen, I get the symptoms already described: the tooltip for the buddy pops up and immediately disappears. However, if I hover further to the right, the tooltip pops up normally. When it does work normally, the tooltip reaches to the top of the screen, which is not true for any other buddy tooltip (this is a buddy with multiple accounts and hence a large tooltip).
