Package: swi-prolog Version: 5.6.48-1 Severity: important swipl --dump-runtime-variables should dump part of the configuration used to compile SWI-Prolog, instead, it starts an interactive session.
This flag is used by 3th party C/C++ modules that have to auto-configure themselves in accordance with SWI-Prolog. For instance my Perl/SWI-Prolog interface, Language::Prolog::Yaswi, available from CPAN, uses it. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.22-3-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages swi-prolog depends on: ii libc6 2.7-6 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libgmp3c2 2:4.2.2+dfsg-1 Multiprecision arithmetic library ii libncurses5 5.6+20080105-1 Shared libraries for terminal hand ii libreadline5 5.2-3 GNU readline and history libraries Versions of packages swi-prolog recommends: ii swi-prolog-doc 5.6.46-1 Documentation for SWI-Prolog inter ii swi-prolog-xpce 5.6.48-1 GUI library for SWI Prolog -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
