Please reopen and reassign to the kernel as the submitter explained that other software has the same problem; this is presumably hardware or kernel related. Also, unreproducible bugs are NOT closed, but investigated until enough information to reproduce or to fix the bug is available. If you can't find enough information, the bug just stays open -- but can be downgraded if it affects a small number of people for example. If you don't know what to ask, such as model of the CD burner or dmesg output, ask for help. -- Loïc Minier
