When attempting to remove a subkey from the main dialog, the wrong subkey is picked by seahorse. To reproduce find a key with more than one subkeys, click on the little thingy on the left (here it is a triangle) to display the list of subkeys (this shouldn't pop up a new dialog). Select one of the subkeys and attempt to remove it (e.g., from the context menu).
