Dear Robert, many thanks for your prompt reaction. We will update MUSCLE in Debian soon. It is slightly inconvenient for us that you did not increase the version number for this revision: once an upstream source is registered in the Debian archive, we can not change it. We would therefore need to use a version number such as 3.7-gcc-fixed that is not existing in your site, or to convey your changes as patches to the original 3.7 version. Could you for instance publish the corrected version as 3.7.1? (Also, in the past, you used version numbers such as 3.42, which technically are higher than 3.7 or 3.7.1, and also cause minor trouble to us. I would recommend 3.7.1 if you would distribute the revised version of 3.7 with an additional minor number). Have a nice day, -- Charles
