After upgrading to R 2.6.1-2 I get > library(mgcv) Error in dyn.load(file, ...) : unable to load shared library '/usr/lib/R/library/mgcv/libs/mgcv.so': libRblas.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory This is caused by the recent changes in refblas packaging and can be fixed by a recompile against the current R version in the archive.
