*grumble* It was partially fixed, in that the patch was correct but incomplete. There are two sets of option parsing code adjacent to each other - one handling options provided in the configuration file, the other those passed on the command line. 2.10.14 fixed the former but not the latter due to my having overlooked the second set of parsing code.
