Here is what I did yesterday: - installed 0.3.5.9 (backported for etch) - Suspended my laptop - resume my laptop - added a file (using "touch testme") - removed the file using pcmanfm = pcmanfm noticed this, and updated its list of files -> OK - then I reinstalled pcmanfm from etch (0.3.2.2) - Suspended my laptop - resume my laptop - added a file (using "touch testme") - removed the file using pcmanfm = pcmanfm noticed this, and updated its list of files -> OK So during a short suspend, everything seems to work OK Then I went to sleep (my laptop is still on...), but suspended my laptop before I went to work. I show up at work, still with 0.3.2.2 installed: - I resume my laptop - added a file (using "touch testme") - removed the file using pcmanfm = pcmanfm _did_not_ noticed this, and the file is still listed -> FAIL So maybe it's related to the change of IP-address as well, I'm not sure. As part of the resume/suspend things I change from opne network to another, and maybe the machine also changes it's name. I'll install 0.3.5.9 again before I leave today, and see how it behaves when I come home. (or maybe I shall keep 0.3.2.2 today, and change when I'm at home...)
