Here is one way to reproduce the bug.
1. Configure iptables to block outgoing connections to the server used by apt-listbugs.
2. Use apt-listbugs (via 'apt-get upgrade')
3. When the firewall blocks the attempted connection, segfault happens in uri/common.rb line 287
