The package just built yesterday on i386. However there was a similar buld failure on s390 and I observed it myself on my dual-core amd64, albeit intermittently. The problem is that the build sometimes builds gnattools before libgnatprj even though gnattools depends on libgnatprj and the dependency is explicit in build/Makefile, generated from src/Makefile.in. I have not yet been able to reproduce the problem consistently. An obvious workaround is to not build in parallel (i.e. with make -j 1) but GCC is such a large package that parallel builds are desirable.
