The latest upstream release (2.16.1), to be uploaded quite soon, fixes this regression, I've been able to open your sample file with it. The upstream changelog also contains “Fix some dotty regressions”, which confirms that the regression is gone. > This is boot.dot: Thanks for the sample as well. I'll probably try and fix the FTBFS with gcc 4.3 (that I got some hours ago), and then get the package uploaded.
