I also noticed such a problem "segmentation fault" when cursor moves over menu Apps->Net, and also when moves over Games->Board.
I use debian menus, generated automatically by "e16menuedit". I changed line in file debian_games_board.menu which stands for board menu in games "Atlantik Designer" "/usr/share/pixmap/atlantikdesigner.xpm" exec "/usr/bin/atlantikdesigner" to "Atlantik Designer" NULL exec "/usr/bin/atlantikdesigner" and problem disappear. With menu Net I do so with "/usr/share/pixmap/ksig.xpm" and again problem disappear. what I see about this xpm files is when I tried to open them via Alt+F2 and writedown the path picture in both cases is different (broken) from one when open with KView for example.
