libprojectm-data is installed, too.
If libprojectm2 is tried to install, it depends libprojectm-data,
then libprojectm-data tries to overwrite libprojectm1-data's files.
So libprojectm2 and libprojectm-data installation is failure.
I think libprojectm-data has Replaces/Provides: libprojectm1-data,
maybe...
