Hi Alceste, after looking at the source code of CMFCore.TypesTool (line 535 and below) I suspect your problem is caused by one of these packages:
zope-exuserfolder 0.50.0-3 zope-psycopgda 1.1.18-1 zope-zwiki 0.37.0-4 ZMS CMFpgForum. Could you please try to remove those (one for time, this would be better), restart the instance and try to add a plone site?
