Introducing an 2 year old package of documentation in a stable release
(it wasn't in woody) seems unwise to me -- because RFC's do tend to get
superceded, one can even question the use of having this package at all
in Debian, but regardless of that, the set of RFC's as of june 2003 is
very old.
