Since, I forgot to remove armel from the ARCH_EXCLUDE in the first run, I
have downloaded all its sources, therefore I will keep it and mirror it in
further syncs.

There is a Gigabit ethernet locally, which has a 100Mbit NIC and 100 Mbit
shared uplink also when connecting abroad, it can do at least 50 Mbit at all
times.
