Justification: renders package unusable
uconv.so should be installed into /usr/lib/ruby/1.8/arm-linux-eabi/ so that
ruby can find it. Currently it's installed into /usr/lib/ruby/1.8/arm-linux/
where ruby won't search for it. (see similar bugreport
for libintl-gettext-ruby1.8)
