Would Kumar like to adopt my package whose RC bug he has
fixed?

Today, I finally turned attention to Kumar's patch,
learning that Bart on Sunday had already applied and
uploaded it.

Lucas, Kumar and Bart, please accept my thanks
respectively for finding, patching and closing this bug
on my package debram. I appreciate the aid. Plainly I
am no longer maintaining this package in a timely
manner, so my question to Kumar is this: in December,
were you merely hunting for random RC bugs, or have you
developed an actual interest in the debram package? If
the latter, if you wished to adopt the package, and if
you understood (as one suspects that you do) what
adopting this particular package would mean, then I
would be amenable to turning it over to you.

Please advise.

This message is copied to A. Costa, who has a
long-outstanding bug filed against the package and might
be interested in the package's future (or, conceivably,
might wish to take over its maintenance himself); to the
relevant bug logs; and to Giacomo Catenazzi, who
sponsored the package years ago. If Kumar (or one of
the others receiving this message) were to take over the
package, then I have some never-uploaded data updates
that bring debram-data fully up-to-date at least as of
the final r0 etch release. He might wish me to send
these to him.
