Honestly I did not expect PowerDNS to support all options of bind9.
Still I am using includes like the option to set the "directory" where
the zone files. My 10,000 zones were in an included file.

Please note that in some cases a "pdns_control rediscover" is not
sufficient. It seems to only parse the bind configuration for changed
zone definitions. If you change includes or options you will want to
restart PowerDNS via the init.d script.

I'm setting this bug report's severity to wishlist. If you want to have
a features added (like parsing options during a 'rediscover') please
just tell and we will forward it upstream. This does not really smell
like an important bug any more. :)
