As the original bug report says, mnogosearch-php does not work at all if this bug is not fixed. So, it's severity "grave".
Please note that it still won't work at all in Debian if #222307 is not fixed either, because the current version of mnogosearch-php in Sarge/Sid does not work with the current version of mnogosearch.
