The files seems fine, until xtpipes comes into play.
Can you copy the file
/usr/share/tex4ht/tex4ht.jar
and directory
/usr/share/texmf/tex4ht/xtpipes
to
http://www.renyi.hu/~braung/tmp/oolatex/
setup to public access.
