This patch doesn't entirely fix the problem: guest system now starts up,
but Linux as a guest OS (I tried with Linux 2.4.31 SMP and 2.6.22 SMP)
doesn't detect that there are several CPUs. I didn't try with other OSes.
Qemu shows that the CPU aren't running:
(qemu) info cpus
* CPU #0: pc=0x400910ff
CPU #1: pc=0x00010009 (halted)
CPU #2: pc=0x00010009 (halted)
CPU #3: pc=0x00010009 (halted)
