Hi, this seems to be an infinite whishlist bug. :) The version of apt in experimental is buggy for what regards pinning: see #308445 for a description of the problem.
As a workaround, one could set experimental as the favourite distribution without using /etc/apt/preferences, but /etc/apt/apt.conf.
