Hi, Thanks for your bug report. As you already mention, it's a know bug upstream. Actually, multi-screen is not well supported. There is also problems as long as AWN is split in 2 windows (the bar itself, and launchers/applets). Upstream work to fix this for the next stable release (0.4).
