That's hilarious!
Keeping track of reportbug is never easy. There's always something new
and sometimes its author forgets about the existence of front-ends such
as debian-bug. I was under the impression that it was not supposed to be
interactive when using the --template switch. I'll test this out and
will speak with the reportbug author.
