Package: ia32-libs
Version: 2.2
Followup-For: Bug #441406

As fltk1.1's maintainer, I probably ought to comment on this report.
On the one hand, there should be no technical difficulties: FLTK's
libraries are trivial to relocate, as they don't dlopen() anything;
they also don't depend on anything ia32-libs doesn't already provide;
and they're even decently small, adding only about 1M to the package's
size. On the other hand, they're only moderately popular, so I'd
still advise holding off until somebody (Matija?) points out a
concrete example of an interesting application published only as a
dynamically-linked 32-bit binary. (FWIW, I have no intention of
adding biarch support myself, though I'll be happy to participate in
the symmetric multiarch transition if and when that ever occurs.)
