Hi Marco,

1) Booting a system with a disk, but without an initramfs works, so why
should a system with an initramfs, but without a disk not work?

2) As I did not really expect it to work, the severity is minor. Should
   I have been using wishlist?

3) As pointed out in my first mail the problem can be easily worked
around in udev, so why should we not support this case?
