Here is the full description of the procedure: http://www.debian.org/doc/developers-reference/ch-pkgs.en.html#s-t-p-u Steps: 1) make sure that you want to upload directly to testing (I'm sure) 2) make sure that changes are appropriate (I'm sure) 3) make sure that changelog contains nessessary notes (added note) 4) make sure that "testing" is writed in the target distribution (writed) 5) make sure that package is built in testing (not our case since it's not built package) 6) make sure that version number is bigger than in testing and lesser than in unstable (made sure) 7) Contact RM after that (I'll do it ASAP after upload)
