As far as I can tell, ISO-8859 is hard coded for English even if the database is utf8, in /usr/share/zoph/lang/en:#{@"htmltagoption"=>"nothing","charset"=>"iso-8859-1","name"=>"English"}

This is broken, the coding doesn't vary depending on the language, it varies depending on the data in the database. Unless it is converted, and it doesn't look like zoph does any character set conversion.

I think both stable/unstable versions are the same.

I could change /usr/share/zoph/lang/en, but changes will get lost on upgrade.
