After suspend the systeme comes back, but screen stays blank.
Switching to Console and back to graphics handles it, also killing X.
Not very nice though.

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for reporting.
First of all, it seems that you are running a very weird hybrid of
Ubuntu and Debian, this says lenny/sid but also says you have ubuntu
versions of all packages and you are using the Ubuntu repositories. If
you are in fact running Ubuntu, then you should report your problem at
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/, not here.
However, I do not expect that you are experiencing an actual bug, it's
only that you haven't configured acpi-support properly to work with your
specific laptop. Suspend requires different things on different laptops,
and unfortunately you usually need to play with the settings in
/etc/default/acpi-support to get things to work. In your case, I expect
that you should enable the setting "DOUBLE_CONSOLE_SWITCH=true". After
that, it will probably work.
If you get it to work like that, or if you are running Ubuntu, would you
mind reporting back so I can close the bug report again? Thanks in advance!
Cheers,
Bart
