Bug#348888: kiosktool broken in Etch

Hi,

I've uploaded kiosktool today, fixing #348888, which made kiosktool unusable 
with KDE >= 3.4... maybe this is a candidate for the next Etch point release? 
(That would requiere a new sourceful upload to t-p-u..)
