I quickly tested it myself, and I can confirm the problem. Indeed, the
action "suspend_to_ram" does nothing. If I set
EVENT_BUTTON_LID_CLOSED="wm_shutdown" though, powersaved will react on
the lid event and shutdown.

Will take a look at it.
