Dear dpkg developpers,

a puzzled user posted a question about XS-, XB- and XC- fields on
[EMAIL PROTECTED] some time ago, and I realised that although
XS-* fields are widely used they are not documented.

The attached patch attempts to do it, but I am not completely sure of
its accuracy.
