Hello. I was very disappointed when I found that a character that is so common in UNIX and in some URLs, now has to be typed so inconveniently. There is no point at all in having a key to compose 'ã', etc., because those characters don't appear in spanish or catalan (I don't know about galician or basque, but I think it's the same). According to the spanish ortography, 'Ñ' is a letter, not a composed character, and as such, it has its own key in spanish keyboards.
Users who want to type in different languages, should use different keymaps, IMVHO. Greetings. -- Alex (a.k.a. suy) - GPG ID 0x0B8B0BC2 http://barnacity.net/ - Jabber ID: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
