After returning from viewing dpkg output on an install, aptitude no
longer accepts keyboard input. Hitting enter afterward doesn't help, so
it doesn't seem to be a problem resetting raw mode. ps lists it as
waiting and not spinning (status Sl+). ^Z suspends, and ^C kills, the
hung process instantly.
