Apparently they are harmless: http://lists.debian.org/debian-sparc/2004/05/msg00122.html http://lists.debian.org/debian-sparc/2004/09/msg00123.html althought they are sometimes seen in error reports they also tunr up on working systems so they aren't necessarily the best place to start looking for errors.
