Package: pioneers-client Version: 0.10.2-3 Severity: normal
When installing pioneers-client and all recommended dependencies: aptitude -r install pioneers-client both "Pioneers" and "Pioneers Server" are placed twice into the Gnome->Games menu. Uninstalling, even with purging, doesn't resolve the problem: it leaves a pair of unlaunchable menu items behind, and if you install again the same thing happens again. So, it seems to be a consistently repeatable bug. It's worth noting that there appear to be only two launchers on the filesystem, though: $ ls /usr/share/applications/pioneers* /usr/share/applications/pioneers-server.desktop /usr/share/applications/pioneers.desktop so I'm not entirely sure what's causing the duplication in gnome. However, it doesn't appear to just be a artifact, as both sets of items show up when running alacarte. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (700, 'unstable'), (600, 'stable'), (550, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.24-1-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages pioneers-client depends on: ii libc6 2.7-10 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libglib2.0-0 2.16.1-2 The GLib library of C routines ii libgnome2-0 2.20.1.1-1 The GNOME 2 library - runtime file ii libgtk2.0-0 2.12.9-2 The GTK+ graphical user interface ii libpango1.0-0 1.20.2-2 Layout and rendering of internatio Versions of packages pioneers-client recommends: ii pioneers-help 0.10.2-3 online help for the Pioneers clien ii pioneers-server-gtk 0.10.2-3 computer version of the Settlers o -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
