Package: qemubuilder
Version: 0.44

When I try qemubuilder with linux-image-2.6.24-17-generic, a Ubuntu Hardy kernel, the boot process stops at the "Waiting for root file system..." step with this error:

Begin: Waiting for root file system... ...
[...]
Done.
   Check root= bootarg cat /proc/cmdline
or missing modules, devices: cat /proc/modules ls /dev
ALERT! /dev/hda does not exist. Dropping to a shell!

   BusyBox v1.1.3 (Debian 1:1.1.3-5ubuntu12) Built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.

(initramfs)

It's due to the fact Ubuntu use "sd", not "hd", for the disk device. I checked that in forcing "sd" in the qemu_arch_diskdevice function, in qemubuilder.c.

I am using Ubuntu GNU/Linux 8.04, kernel 2.6.24-17-generic.
