Yes, we need something like this until we can remove libversion-perl altogether (#480458). I'd prefer doing this from the libversion-perl source package instead of perl itself, particularly because it's (hopefully) temporary. The quick and dirty solution would be to just hardcode 'perl-modules (>= 5.10)' in the dependencies for now.
