Thanks for the report. How exactly do you power off your laptop? If you shut it down by running "shutdown -h now" from the command line, does the behaviour still occur?

Hi Bart, I power off using KDE (K Menu --> Close Section --> Shutdown).
The problem still occur with "shutdown -h now"

I'm not sure this is an acpi-support issue. Actually, I'm quite sure that it isn't, acpi-support does nothing that could cause this, and it isn't responsible for it. If anything, it's a kernel issue. It may be something like wakeup-on-lan that's enabled instead of disabled, or something like that. No clue. I'll reassign the bug so the kernel maintainers can take a look at it!
