Package: xemacs21-nomule Followup-For: Bug #39759
I tried to reproduce by doing the following: As normal user, started xemacs Set to blinking curser Select Options > Save Options to Custom File This saved to /home/user/.xemacs/custom.el su'd to root, (the cursor was not blinking) Set to bar curser Select Options > Save Options to Custom File This saved to /home/root/.xemacs/custom.el Therefore I believe that this bug does not exist in the current version and this bug should be closed. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.25-2-amd64 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages xemacs21-nomule depends on: ii emacsen-common 1.4.17 Common facilities for all emacsen ii libc6 2.7-10 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libcompfaceg1 1:1.5.2-4 Compress/decompress images for mai ii libdb4.6 4.6.21-6 Berkeley v4.6 Database Libraries [ ii libgpmg1 1.20.3~pre3-3 General Purpose Mouse - shared lib ii libice6 2:1.0.4-1 X11 Inter-Client Exchange library ii libjpeg62 6b-14 The Independent JPEG Group's JPEG ii libldap-2.4-2 2.4.7-6.2 OpenLDAP libraries ii libncurses5 5.6+20080308-1 Shared libraries for terminal hand ii libpng12-0 1.2.27-1 PNG library - runtime ii libsm6 2:1.0.3-1+b1 X11 Session Management library ii libtiff4 3.8.2-8 Tag Image File Format (TIFF) libra ii libx11-6 2:1.0.3-7 X11 client-side library ii libxaw7 2:1.0.4-1 X11 Athena Widget library ii libxext6 2:1.0.4-1 X11 miscellaneous extension librar ii libxmu6 2:1.0.4-1 X11 miscellaneous utility library ii libxpm4 1:3.5.7-1 X11 pixmap library ii libxt6 1:1.0.5-3 X11 toolkit intrinsics library ii xemacs21-basesupport 2007.04.27-1 Editor and kitchen sink -- compile ii xemacs21-bin 21.4.21-3 highly customizable text editor -- ii xemacs21-support 21.4.21-3 highly customizable text editor -- xemacs21-nomule recommends no packages. -- debconf-show failed -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by MailScanner, and is believed to be clean. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
