I just applied this on the current source tree from unstable. So, I "fixed" the templates file (dropped two spaces before "University of Southern North Dakota, Hoople", leaving only 2 out of 4), ran debconf-updatepo tp update PO files and attached is a tarball of templates.master and po/ Manoj, I suggest you apply this over you current source tree and that will fix #478552, #479259 and #480754.
