Package: javascript-common Version: 2 Severity: normal Tags: patch Hello,
By default, when installing javascript-common, all apache2 stuff is installed (Recommends: are installed by default). I see the bug #477475 but I think it could be better to have "Recommends: httpd", "Recommends: apache2 | httpd" or "Suggests: apache2". For example, it permits to use easily lighttpd with javasript-common: # aptitude install javascript-common lighttpd Note that I ask you that because I'm maintainer of Horde packages which depends of libjs-prototype which recommends javascript-common. And it would be great if installing horde3 with whatever http server is easy as: aptitude install horde3 <name of http server> (if no http server is given, apache2 is installed) Regards, -- Gregory Colpart <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> GnuPG:1024D/C1027A0E Evolix - Informatique et Logiciels Libres http://www.evolix.fr/ -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
